We will endeavour to deliver goods within 7 working days, but the delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. We will notify you immediately if there is a delay and arrange with you another time for delivery. If we cannot agree on a suitable delivery date, we will offer you a full refund.

Pay with your credit card through PayPal. Cheques are accepted only in Pounds Sterling, however please email us in advance to notify if paying by cheque.

Returns

Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item; buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Damaged In Shipping - Items damaged in shipping must be confirmed by photos. Hold the item, original packaging, and contact us immediately. You will be refunded only after the claim has been approved and paid by the courier service which can take up to 4 weeks.

Items Not As Described - Cooltone provides a detailed and accurate descriptions of items. However if you find that an item is not as described please contact us within 7 days of the item being delivered to the delivery address. We will not accept any claims after this period.
